Graeme-Davies-2022

UXL is run by Graeme, who has spent the past 20 years helping businesses large & small maximise their growth through innovative marketing.

Sometimes called a Portfolio Marketing Director, Fractional CMO or Growth Consultant, Graeme assists SME businesses across Scotland by providing strategic expertise and Board-level direction, coupled-with hands-on marketing & communications activation.

During his career, Graeme has worked for a marketing consultancy in London, a FTSE 100 business, a charity, one of Scotland's leading advertising agencies, a tech start-up and a large accountancy & professional services firm.

We have teamed up with Aetas Partners, a financial consultancy which offers a wide range of services to individuals, families, and businesses through its unique “private office platform”. Their platform brings together specialist advisors who provide a coordinated and holistic service which is always tailored to your specific circumstances and offers an integrated, comprehensive and expert approach to your financial wellbeing, in one place.
